- Subscribers. Information provided when you fill out Sites’ or Services’ forms with personal information, such as your name, address, email address, or telephone number, or when you interact with the Services by posting content, submitting reviews, raising questions, making comments, or providing other content (“User Content”) can be used by RedLink to provide the Services, resolve service and billing disputes, troubleshoot problems, inform you about offers and events both online and offline, deliver product news, customize your experience, detect and protect against error and fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, provide you with system and administrative messages, and as otherwise described at the time of collection. We may also use this personal information about you to improve our marketing efforts, analyze site usage, improve our content and service offerings, and tailor the Sites and Services to better meet your needs. In addition, as part of the Services, Subscribers provide data and information to us, including Customer data, used solely for purposes of providing the Services. A Subscriber’s use of the Sites and Services is also subject to automatic collection of data, as described with respect to Visitors below.
- Visitors. Like most websites and other online platforms, our Sites and Services may use log files. As part of the customary information recorded by commercial analytics packages, we record the internet protocol (IP) address or similar device identifier, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks of visitors in order to analyze trends, administer the Sites, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Some of this information may also be stored on your computer using “cookies” or similar technology, described below.
- Providers. Terms around the information gathered from and shared with Providers are generally described in our Terms of Service.
- Links to other sites. We may sometimes provide links to third party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to visit from RedLink so that you can understand how those websites collect, use, and share your information. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or other content on websites outside of the Sites or Services.
What Information We Disclose to Third Parties
We do not share personally identifiable information with any third party except as set forth below.
Personal information may be shared with our Providers and others for purposes of providing the Services to RedLink’s Subscribers, Customers, and Visitors; developing, maintaining, and hosting the Sites and Services; and authorization of credit card or other payment transactions. Our business partners and service providers are contractually limited in their ability to use such information for purposes other than RedLink.
In the event that all or part of RedLink (or its assets) are bought, sold, or otherwise transferred, information collected from our Subscribers, Customers, and/or Visitors may be shared for evaluation purposes and included among transferred business assets.
We may disclose personal information if required by law or to protect the personal safety of our Subscribers, Customers, or Visitors, or members of the public.
What Are My Choices Regarding How Personal Information is Collected or Used?
From time-to-time you may receive communications including mailings, telephone calls, or e-mails from RedLink with information on products or services, discounts, special promotions, upcoming events, or other offers. You may opt out of receiving e-mail communications by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the e-mail received or by contacting us as described below. It may take us up to 10 days to complete this process, as permitted by law. You can also opt out of other communications by contacting RedLink. Please note that if you request that your name and contact information be removed from our list for marketing purposes, your personal information may still be retained in our databases for recordkeeping and internal research and analysis.
What are Cookies?
The Sites may use “cookies” or similar technologies which are small pieces of information stored by your browser or other application on your computer’s browser or hard drive. The cookies are used to connect your computer with information stored about your online activity, searches, preferences and product purchases both within the same website visit and from one visit to the next on the Sites and/or other websites. The “help” portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive new cookies or how to disable cookies altogether. If you reject cookies, you may not be able to participate in certain activities or an experience on the Sites tailored to you.
Do Not Track
Do Not Track (DNT) is a privacy preference that users can set in some web browsers, allowing users to opt out of tracking by websites and online services. At the present time, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) has not yet established universal standards for recognizable DNT signals and therefore, RedLink and the Sites do not recognize DNT.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Subscribers to the RedLink Services have the opportunity to invite others to work with them through their Subscriber account. To do that, RedLink asks you to import or manually enter the email addresses and other necessary personal information needed to generate these invitations. As you direct, we will then send them an invitation on your behalf or other notices reflecting changes you make to their status in your account. Their acceptance of the invitation will represent acceptance of these privacy terms.
Notification of Changes
RedLink and the Sites are not directed at children and do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. If RedLink learns that a child under the age of 13 has submitted personally identifiable information online without parental consent, it will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from its databases and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or a required or allowed by law).
